At Designs by Perry, we take pride in creating quality pieces just for you! Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, so we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges

•Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

•The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

•If your desired size or style is out of stock, you will receive a store credit instead.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

•Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock and an exchange is not possible.

•If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
